How to get your duty plan into Time-K.

Time-K imports your duty plan straight from your airline's roster PDF. Nothing to retype, nothing to enter by hand — share it, wait a moment, done.

In three steps

  • Open your roster as a PDF in your airline's app (or from the mail attachment).
  • Tap Share and pick Time-K from the iOS share sheet.
  • Time-K detects the format automatically and builds a clean calendar.

What Time-K makes of it

The PDF becomes a searchable calendar: flights with departure and arrival times, layovers, standby, absences and days off — each correctly mapped. Cross-midnight duties and time zones are handled cleanly, so a flight that lands after midnight shows up on the right day.

If something looks off

If Time-K doesn't recognise a format yet, or a duty looks wrong, it's almost always down to a quirk in the PDF. Drop us a line via Support — ideally with the airline code. That's how we keep extending the parsers.
